Production Executive

Job Duties:

Planning and organising production schedules
Assessing project and resource requirements
Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free
Liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff
Overseeing production processes
Monitor production to resolve issues
Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production
Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime
Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)

Key skills for Production Executive

BSc/ Bachelor in business administration or relevant field is preferred
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Perfume, Deo and Cosmetics industries
Proven experience as production executive in beauty and skincare manufacturing industry
Deep knowledge of production management
Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
Experience in reporting on key production metrics
Proficient in MS Office and ERP software (ERPNext preferred)
Outstanding communication ability
Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
Attention to detail

Accounts Executive

Job Duties:

Handling of accounting related records like Vouchers, Receipts, Payments and Bills
Reconciliation of Bank, Payment Collection
Handling and filling of monthly GST
Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors and Creditors
Payment follow-ups through emails and phone
Maintains Daily Stock
Handling of Petty Cash records
Prepares and sends Quotations and Purchase Orders to clients
Maintains Sales and Purchase Registers and enter data into ERP system (ERPnext is preferred)
Handling of daily accounting
Prepares Salary Statement and Worker Salary
Experience in preparing Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, profit and loss statements & Statement of accounts
Experience in making Journal Entries
Experience in using Tally and ERP software (ERPNext is preferred)
Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws

Key skills for Accounts Executive

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or its equivalent
Minimum 2-4 years of experience is required

Production Chemist

Job Duties:

Able to develop and formulate new cosmetic products
Shoud be able to develop and test new skin care products like lotions, body wash, gel, sunscreen, face wash, lip balm etc
Responsible for creating a wide number of items, including shampoos and conditioners and speciality hair care products
Responsible for researching and making new perfumes, fragrances and toiletry products
Responsible for documenting development of products, developing formulation sheets, procedures, specifications, and maintaining
Master control samples for recording and researching purposes
Responsible for evaluating performance characteristics of products and taking corrective action for enhancement of performance scientific validation of test results
Should be able to communicate and develop a good working environment
Should be well accustomed with various machineries
Should be a team player

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Education: B.Sc in Chemistry, Diploma in Chemical
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in cosmetic manufacturing industries
Lab Instrument Knowledge

Store Executive

Job Duties:

Maintain and operate the stock inventory system to ensure effective inventory control
Provide logistics solutions to have a smooth and well-ordered flow of materials
Conduct quality analysis of the machinery parts
Acquire materials from the supplier in a timely manner as per demand
Devising and executing re-order level of stock for continuous production
Implement cost reduction and alternate sourcing methods to increase productivity
Issue materials for production and receive excess materials from production back to store
Enter daiy stock data in ERP system (Experience in ERPNext is preferred)
Provide weekly stock report to Customers and internal management

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years experience as a Store Executive in an Engineering related Industry
Computer skills, particularly the operation of MS Office, Tally and ERP system are required (Experience in ERPNext is preferred)
Be able to learn quickly and multitask; Be self-motivated
Have at least a graduate degree; Mechanical/Industrial Engineering is preferred
Possess strong organizational and communication skills
Have knowledge about raw materials

Quality Analysis/Quality Control Executive

Job Duties:

Perform regular quality checks on the incoming materials to ensure materials are received as per the standards
Responsible for checking cleanliness of the machines before manufacturing is started
Responsible for quality checking of Filling and Packaging and ensure FGs are produced as per the requirements
Verification and approvals of stickers and labels
Ensure issuance of BPR regularly
Responsible for all Incoming Packaging Component and Labeling Inspections and Testing
Resolve quality-related issues and adhere to deadlines
Recommend outright rejection of goods or products that fall short of the standards of the organization or quality control regulatory body
Supervise the operation in the organization to ensure that all processes involved are competent to meet up with the desired output
Monitor the production activities at various stages
Report inspection result and document
Create standard work instructions for detailed inspections
Approve quality of Finished Goods and packaging before dispatch
Quality check Product functionality to ensure product meets Organization Standards and Customer’s requirements
Inspect materials issued for production to ensure materials are free from any defects
Maintain documentations for all required reports
Follow SOP and makes changes as needed

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Candidate must be graduated B. Sc / M. Sc in Chemistry, Diploma in Chemical
Must have experience in Cosmetics, Perfume & Deodorant Manufacturing industries
Should have at least 4-5 years of experience in similar industry
Local Candidates are preferred
Must be well versed with computers and communication skills
A good team player is required
